It is the primary concern of any government office to perform their mandates in the most effective and efficient manner.

The National Telecommunications Commission – National Capital Region is no exception to this dictum.

Having always this in mind, the Regional Office continuously strives to further improve our processing procedures even with our Express Serbisyo sa Publico already put in place and having obtained an ISO 9001: 2008 Certificate. Being part and major contributor to the National Single Window, a project that espouses paperless transaction in dealing with import and export permits, the NTC-NCR intends to expand our coverage of “paperless bureaucracy” in other areas of concerns of the Regional Office, both in the regulatory activities and administrative support services.

As regulator of industries that deals with state of the art services and technologies, NTC-NCR strives to be at par with them. Bench-marking telecommunication service providers will continuously be conducted using state of the art equipment to assure subscribers of acceptable grade of service.

Also, monitoring of broadcast and radio frequency airlines will continuously be conducted especially that a modern monitoring system will be put in place for CY 2014.

We commit to serve the general public the best way we can, harnessing collectively all our individual skills and resources to attain that common good. To the industry that we regulate, we commit to implement existing regulations in order to obtain holistic development for better service to the subscribing public.
